How do I remove the survey's title?

If you do not want to display the survey title to the respondent, the following tip is just for you.

Go to the Creation --> Appearance tab and uncheck the Survey title checkbox.

Then, just click save (at the very bottom) and the survey title will not be displayed to the respondent while filling out the questionnaire.
