Not everything can be predicted, and sometimes only after collecting a few answers, it turns out that some changes are still needed in the test. Do you want to change the scoring of answers when respondents' answers have already been collected in your test? Did you forget about one question or want to delete some?

Don't worry! You can edit the project at any time, but remember that this may affect your results. From this article you will learn:

What project changes can affect the test results?

  • changing points in questions,

  • adding or deleting an area,

  • adding or deleting a question (if points were assigned to it),

  • adding or deleting an answer (if points were assigned to it),

  • deleting a non-empty page.

How does editing the project affect the test result (scoring)?

  • Raw data - in the downloaded file, completions collected before editing the project will be calculated according to the original scoring, while answers collected after the change will be calculated according to the new scoring.

  • Completions tab - individual sheets will be calculated according to the new, changed scoring.

  • Other exports - Aggregate results XLS, PDF Report, PPT, DOC will be calculated according to the new scoring.

What to do so as not to disturb the correctness of the collected results?

  1. If test data is collected in your project, you can delete the collected completions and make the necessary changes to the project. Every new completion will be calculated according to the new, changed scoring.

  2. If you want to keep the collected completions, download the data in the format of your choice (XLS, PDF, PPT, DOC), and then delete the collected completions and make the necessary changes to the project. Every new completion will be calculated according to the new, changed scoring.
