To create an external application based on the CustomerHero API, an application key Client ID and a password Client Secret are required.

They can be obtained by creating an account on the platform and going to the Account -> Settings -> Integrations ->  API (v2) tab.



After generating the Key and Secret – they will be necessary to obtain a  Bearer, which we write about in the next article.
