It is possible to retrieve the list of surveys from a user account on the Webankieta platform by calling a so-called Webhook. A Webhook is simply a URL called by another IT system or opened in a standard browser.



The URL address format is as follows:

https://app.customerhero.com/webhooks/[id_account]/[webhook_key]/[webhook_auth]/survey-list?optional_parameters

  • id_account – ID of your account on the Webankieta platform. The account ID is available after logging into the user account in the Account -> Settings -> Integrations tab.

  • webhook_key and webhook_auth – Webhook key and authorization. Parameters are available after logging into the user account in the Account -> Settings -> Integrations tab. After generating the keys, you will receive their values.


optional_parameters

additional parameters specifying the recipient of the message and the time of sending the invitation. They can be sent as GET parameters or as POST parameters. These are:

  • type = ['survey', 'test', 'widget'] - optional. If no value is entered, it returns the SURVEY type by default.

  • title = internal survey title by which we can narrow down the search list.

  • limit = 20 - default value. Optimally, you can retrieve 50 results at once. If you want to retrieve a larger amount, use the offset parameter to skip previously retrieved results.
